Terms of Service

1) Who we are & scope

DialYo ("we," "us," "our") is provided by Yo Digital Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The Service is offered in the United States only for use with U.S. numbers and carriers. By using DialYo.com or our numbers, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) What we do

DialYo answers calls you forward (e.g., forward-on-no-answer), may record/transcribe if you enable it, and sends you summaries or actions. Do not use for emergencies (no 911).

3) Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account secure and accurate.
  • Set up and maintain carrier forwarding; carrier fees are yours.
  • Follow all applicable U.S. laws (e.g., TCPA/telemarketing rules, do-not-call, and call-recording consent—some states require all-party consent).
  • No illegal, abusive, deceptive, or high-risk use.

4) Third-party services & AI

We use service providers for telephony, AI, voice, payments, and storage. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete—review before acting.

5) Plans, billing, refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in your account (effective end of current term). You agree to fees, taxes, and any usage/telecom charges. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6) IP & content

We own the Service. You own your content and caller data and grant us a limited license to process it to operate/improve the Service.

7) Disclaimers & liability limits

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS/AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT/SPECIAL/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS; OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8) Arbitration & class waiver

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration with the AAA under its Commercial/Consumer Rules. Seat/venue: Wyoming. Small-claims court is allowed. Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court for IP/confidentiality. If arbitration is unenforceable for a claim, it will be litigated exclusively in Wyoming courts.

9) Changes & contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
