Privacy Policy

1) Who we are; U.S. only

DialYo is provided by Yo Digital Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate in the United States only and process/store data in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., do not use the Service.

2) What we collect

  • Account & setup: name, email, business info, plan details, settings.
  • Telephony data: caller/callee numbers, time, duration, status, carrier info.
  • Content (if enabled): call audio, transcripts, summaries, notes.
  • Device/logs: IP, browser/OS, usage events.
  • Payments: handled by our payment processor (we receive limited billing metadata).

3) How we use it

To operate and improve the Service (call handling, transcription, summaries), fight fraud/abuse, support you, process payments, and meet legal obligations.

4) Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run DialYo (e.g., telephony, AI processing, voice/TTS, payments, cloud/storage) under appropriate agreements. We also share when you direct us (e.g., integrations), to comply with law, or during a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5) Recording & consent

If you enable recording/transcription, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent from callers (including in all-party consent states). We provide configurable consent messages and the ability to disable recording.

6) Security & retention

We use reasonable technical/organizational measures but no system is perfect. We retain data as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate/legal purposes, then delete or de-identify. You can request deletion of recordings/transcripts or your account (subject to legal/operational needs).

7) Your choices

  • Turn recording/transcription on or off (where permitted).
  • Choose notification channels (e.g., SMS, email).
  • Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe.
  • Request access, updates, or deletion by emailing yo@dialyo.com (we'll respond as required by applicable U.S. law).

8) Children

Not for children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we'll delete it.

9) Changes & contact

We may update this Policy and change the date. Material changes will be reasonably notified.
